── No audience page is absent any more; all seven are listed ──

All seven used to be listed here, and all seven are scaffolds — a heading, a
photograph, and six blocks of instructions addressed to the owner. They were
removed, because a sitemap is an invitation to crawl and those pages would have
been indexed with notes-to-self as their content; removal from an index
afterwards takes weeks, keeping them out from the start costs nothing.

/who-i-help/anxiety-and-overthinking is back, added on 2026-09-23, because it
has been written out in full and is no longer a scaffold. It is the first of
the seven through that gate, and it is the pattern for the rest: a page is
listed here on the day its words land, together with its entry in the header
menu (`WRITTEN_AUDIENCES`) and the removal of its `noindex` line.

/who-i-help/perfectionism-and-people-pleasing followed the same day, written
out in full in the owner's words and built to match the anxiety page section
for section, which is the second of the seven and the confirmation that the
  pattern works as a pattern.

/who-i-help/teen-stress-and-emotional-overwhelm followed on the same day too —
the third, and the first of the three to carry a section written to a parent as
well as to the teenager, which is the one place an audience page here departs
from the shape the other two established.

/who-i-help/college-and-young-adult-life-transitions is the fourth, and the
second to depart from that shape: her opening sits in two columns, her
paragraphs on the left and her photograph on the right. Its heading says "in
Ohio" rather than "in Kent, Ohio", deliberately — for this audience the virtual
offer across the state is the point. (The two-column opening is no longer a
departure: on 2026-09-23 the other three were moved onto it, so all five
audience pages opened that way. See components/site/AudienceOpening.)

/who-i-help/adhd-and-executive-functioning is the fifth, added on 2026-09-23
in the owner's words — and the first to carry a sentence about what the
practice does not do (no stand-alone ADHD diagnostic evaluation), set as a
note under its cards rather than tucked into a paragraph.

/who-i-help/self-esteem-and-identity is the sixth, added the same day. It is
the first of the six whose heading was supplied as a finished h1 rather than
as a page title to be tidied, and the first with a photograph at 16:9 — her own
upload of seven young adults in a line, exported at the ratio it arrived in
because a 3:2 crop would come off the two ends of that group.

/who-i-help/parents-and-caregivers is the seventh and last, added on
2026-09-23. It is the only one of the seven written for a reader who is not the
client, which is why its "Ways We Can Work Together" section is named for the
choice it is actually making — "Finding the Right Starting Point" — and offers
three services as tiles rather than two cards. Its photograph is her own
upload, 1.9:1, exported whole: the frame already has a person at each edge and
a 3:2 crop would have taken both further out.

That is all seven, and the scaffold this file has been tracking since
2026-09-23 is gone. `AudienceDetail` is now unused by every page — the three
edits this comment describes (a <url> entry here, the slug in the header's
WRITTEN_AUDIENCES, and the page's own noindex line) have been made for each of
  the seven.

They are still live and still reachable at their own URLs, and each one carries
`noindex, follow` (set in AudienceDetail). Note that they are hidden by that tag
and not by robots.txt, which is deliberate and worth not "fixing": a URL blocked
in robots.txt is never fetched, so no crawler ever reads its noindex and it
lingers in the index described as "no information available". The tag only works
on a page the crawler is allowed to fetch.

To publish one, three edits go together — a `<url>` entry here, its entry in the
header menu, and the page's `noindex` line. Doing only one of the three leaves
the page in a state nobody intended.

    /resources and /crisis-resources added 2026-09-24.

/resources is the hub the Resources tab opens. It was briefly the blog's job
to be that destination, and the blog keeps its own entry below — the two are
not duplicates, they are a shelf and the thing on it.

/crisis-resources is listed at a high priority on purpose. It is the one page
here written for somebody who is not browsing: it leads with 988, 911 and
Crisis Text Line, and a search is how a great many people find crisis
numbers. Nothing else on this site is this useful to a stranger who lands on
    it cold.

/free-tools is deliberately ABSENT, and that is the same three-edit gate the
audience pages went through: it carries `noindex, follow` until a real
download is on it, and it gets a <url> entry here on the same day that line
comes out. A page whose promise is "free worksheet" with no worksheet on it
should not be spending this site's search standing.

/free-therapy-tools added 2026-09-28, on the day it stopped being scaffolding.

It spent its first days deliberately absent from this file, because it named
eight tools that did not exist and a sitemap is an invitation to crawl. Google
would have arrived, found a page promising downloads with no downloads on it,
and written that first impression down in the index — and the page's own
`noindex` line meant the crawler was told to ignore it anyway. Neither is true
now: eight worksheets are in client/public/downloads, the `noindex` line is
gone, and scripts/check-free-tools.py fails if any of the sixteen paths a
worksheet needs (the PDF and its preview image) is missing, so this entry can
never point at a dead download.

Note the address. The page was /free-tools until the same day; the old path is
301'd in client/public/_redirects, which is why only the new one is listed here
    — listing both would ask a crawler to index two URLs for one page, which is
what the redirect exists to prevent.

Priority 0.8 rather than the 0.9 the Resources hub carries. This is the most
genuinely useful page on the site to somebody who is not yet a client — it
gives eight things away and asks for nothing — but the hub is where the
directory of everything lives, and the two should not compete.

  <!--
The eight worksheets, each with its own page. Added 2026-09-28, the day the
grid gained a page per tool underneath it.

Why these exist as eight addresses rather than living on the hub. The hub
answers "what have you got?" and it answers it well, but somebody typing
"overthinking worksheet" into a search engine is asking a narrower question
than the hub can rank for, and one general page competing for eight specific
queries competes for none of them properly. Eight pages can each say what
their worksheet contains, in the words a person would search with.

Each entry is listed here rather than left to discovery through the grid,
because a crawler finding eight links to follow is not the same as a crawler
being told these eight pages are worth indexing. They carry the same priority
as the service pages — 0.7 — which is the honest number for a free resource
that is genuinely useful and not the front door.

Kept in the owner's order, matching lib/freeTools.ts and the grid, so the three
lists can be compared by eye when one of them changes. The order carries no
weight with a crawler; it means a person reading two of the three lists is not
left wondering whether they have been edited differently.

Six of the eight addresses are shorter than the worksheet they belong to. The
second entry is /free-therapy-tools/emotional-check-in while the worksheet is
called "My Emotional Check-In"; the third is /grounding-plan rather than
/my-personal-grounding-plan; the fourth drops "the"; and the last three drop a
phrase each. A slug is what somebody searches with and a title is what they
read — "grounding plan" and "boundary pause" are queries, and "my", "the" and
"when you feel stuck" are not. The grid links by slug, so the two can differ
    without anything breaking.

All six were shortened on 2026-09-28, before any of these pages was live, so
only the new addresses are listed here. Every long form 301s to its short one
anyway — they were reachable on the preview, and a redirect line costs less than
a dead link in a draft someone sent to a client.

The blog listing, then each published article.

An article joins this file on the day it goes live, not the day it is written.
Until `publishAt` passes, its own address answers with the not-found state, and
an entry here would point a crawler at a page that is not there — the mistake
the free tools page was kept out for until it had real files on it, and the
reason `lib/blog.ts` describes a scheduled post as "invisible everywhere".

The ADHD Awareness Month post is written and scheduled for 2026-10-01, and its
entry goes in below on that date, beside the other two. A note in
scripts/check-sitemap.py is what will remind you: it reads the publication dates
out of blog.ts and will fail on the day that post goes live, saying its URL is
    missing from this file.
